What to expect

• One of the most modern e-commerce warehouses in Europe with a high degree of automation and digitalisation: Approximately 4.3 million parcels are processed annually on our conveyor belt.
• You are fascinated by highly automated warehouse systems and want to understand and optimise the processes behind them.
• Your main task is troubleshooting the picked overall orders or the goods released for packaging.
• Missing picking slips or items, incorrect serial numbers, missing labels, defective items, etc. - these are just some of the issues you will encounter in your daily work.
• These tasks are managed by a 15-member support team led by the Team Lead Operations Support: Be part of it!
• A young, lively, and well-coordinated team as well as high employee satisfaction.

What you bring

• You have completed a basic vocational training or ideally the basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ.
• You are already familiar with the dynamic logistics world and can keep a cool head, focus, and prioritise correctly even in stressful situations.
• You enjoy learning new things and are willing to understand the entire value chain and the complex interrelationships behind it.
• Good PC skills and the willingness to internalise the logic of our ERP system, Navision.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (level C1) are necessary.
• Willingness to work in weekly rotating shifts (Monday 08:00 to 17:10 / 13:50 to 23:00, Tuesday to Friday 08:00 to 17:10 / 13:50 to 23:00) and regular Saturday shifts (10:00 to 18:00).
