Your Tasks

• Creation and commissioning of software and configurations in the field of Pro-AV system solutions (controls, audio, video, unified communications)
• Integration, commissioning and testing of AV systems in operation as well as on site at the customer
• Conducting fault analyses, troubleshooting and optimisations of existing installations
• Creating technical documentation and user manuals
• Continuous coordination and collaboration with software engineering, technical and project management
• Training of employees and end customers in the area of the systems used
• On-call duty (3rd level)

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training in the field of media technology, electrical engineering, computer science or similar with appropriate further training
• Experience as a system engineer or technician in the Pro-AV environment (audio, video, network, control systems)
• Sound knowledge in the field of audio, video, lighting and network technology
• Knowledge in the configuration of control systems (e.g. media controls, touch panels, DSPs, VPUs)
• Knowledge in AV-over-IP, network technology (TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS) as well as common protocols
• Experience with products from Pro-AV manufacturers such as Crestron, Shure, Q-SYS or Extron
• Structured and solution-oriented working method and high personal responsibility
• Teamwork skills as well as strong communication in exchange with customers and project teams
• Willingness to travel (project-related, within Switzerland)
• Good language skills in German and English, good French skills are an advantage
