MANAGER OF OUTDOOR POOL WALDBAD & POOL ATTENDANT INDOOR POOL

Taking responsibility in the renovated outdoor pool

You can expect a full-year position with responsibility in both summer and winter operations. From April to September, you will manage the pool operations at Waldbad Zimmeregg, lead the pool attendant team, and coordinate scheduling. In winter, you will support the pool operations at the indoor pool Allmend as a pool attendant.

Your tasks:

• You lead and coordinate a team of pool attendants.
• You are responsible for safety and quality at both the outdoor and indoor pools.
• You assist with supervision as well as with maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• You competently look after our guests and ensure a customer-friendly atmosphere.

What we expect:

• Craftsman training and preferably training as a pool attendant BAKU
• Professional experience as a pool attendant, preferably with leadership experience
• SLRG Pro Pool certificate or igba PRO certificate with BLS / AED training
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends/public holidays
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form and good MS Office skills
