For our client in the Life Sciences sector, we are looking for qualified building technicians who want to apply their professional expertise in demanding and varied assignments.
In this responsible role, you can expect varied activities in the areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, MSR as well as GLS, from precise service and maintenance work to participation in complex technical projects. With your structured working style and solution-oriented thinking, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring smooth plant operation.

Your main tasks:

- Monitoring and execution of maintenance and repair work on technical systems (HVAC) in production, office, laboratory and other buildings
- Coordinating and carrying out all necessary work in collaboration with the responsible departments
- Updating various documentation
- Conducting fault analyses and rectifying technical malfunctions in building technology

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training in an HVAC or electrical engineering profession (e.g. building technology, heating/air conditioning technology, electrical engineering)
- Experience in maintenance, servicing or building automation
- Technical understanding of complex systems and building technology systems
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Willingness to work on-call duty
- Driving licence category B (mandatory)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)
