ICT System Engineer Junior 100%

The following tasks await you

• Support and further development of the modern, hybrid IT infrastructure on site within the team
• Central point of contact for our employees and ensuring flawless IT service
• Handling support requests and fault reports in 1st and 2nd level (hardware and software)
• Taking on tasks in the area of system engineering
• Coordination and collaboration with external IT service providers
• Ensuring appropriate documentation of ongoing tasks and systems
• Support in diverse IT projects, in particular: - Automation of business processes with local AI/LLM - Migration of the core application of a mandate - Rebuilding the VDI environment

What you bring

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or proven equivalent professional experience
• Good knowledge in the area of Microsoft services (on-premise and M365)
• High degree of personal responsibility and strong service orientation
• Experience with VMware (vSphere, VDI) and Linux servers (Docker) is an advantage
• Willingness to actively engage with new technologies and topics
• Practical knowledge of HP and Fortinet products as well as in client engineering is an advantage
• Reliable, solution-oriented and committed personality
• High social competence and enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders
• Flexibility and willingness to contribute in versatile fields of activity
