Full Stack Developer Client Lifecycle Management 100% (m/f/d)

CLM Nova is our strategic platform for Client Lifecycle Management. It supports bank-wide processes around customer onboarding, KYC, ongoing reviews and complex approval workflows. As a Full Stack Developer, you actively shape a modern, secure and regulatory-compliant platform – in a greenfield environment within an established financial institution.

You take responsibility along the entire product lifecycle and combine modern software development with a sound understanding of processes, data and user experience.

• You develop, optimise and operate solutions for processes in Client Lifecycle Management – from onboarding and KYC to ongoing customer reviews and approval workflows.
• You design and implement scalable, workflow-based backend services with Java and Spring Boot as well as robust RESTful APIs and integrations.
• You develop relational data models and persistence layers with SQL as well as JPA/Hibernate, ensuring data integrity, performance, traceability and data storage requirements.
• You contribute to the development of modern, component-based user interfaces with TypeScript and Web Components.
• You analyse and resolve complex disruptions, defects and issues across backend, database and interfaces, thereby contributing to a stable platform.
• You work closely with business units and domain experts and translate business and regulatory requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• You take ownership of features and technical decisions, further develop architecture and engineering practices, and ensure quality, security and compliance through automated tests, code reviews and CI/CD processes.

• Several years of experience in software development with Java and Spring Boot as well as in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Sound knowledge of relational databases and SQL, especially in data modelling, schema design, transactions, indexing and query optimisation, complemented by experience with JPA/Hibernate.
• Practical experience with Git, CI/CD workflows and automated build, test and deployment processes, for example with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes; experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP is an advantage.
• Ideally experience in frontend development with TypeScript, Web Components and API-oriented, modular user interfaces.
• Knowledge in monitoring, logging and alerting – for example with Prometheus and Grafana – as well as enthusiasm for production-near problem solving are welcome.
• A structured, solution-oriented and team-capable working style; experience with BPM engines such as Flowable, Avaloq Static Data or AMI Web Service as well as CLM, KYC/AML or banking know-how is a plus.
