About the job

Variety, responsibility and projects that you can really see at the end! In project management in construction, you accompany our migrolino shops during new builds and renovations from planning to implementation, thereby shaping our appearance throughout Switzerland.

What you achieve

• Responsible for the entire construction management of existing and new migrolino shops in the assigned region
• Leading the planning teams from the preliminary project phase to realisation
• Calculating rough costs as a basis for investment orders
• Responsible for the maintenance work of the shops
• Ensuring the concept-compliant implementation of our CI / CD
• Coordination and assurance of structural interfaces with landlords
• Monitoring compliance with construction costs
• Conducting acceptance, organising defect rectification and handling the handover of construction with sales
• Coordinating appointments with external planners, landlords and sales staff
• Occasionally taking on smaller site management tasks

What you bring

• Education: Advanced technical college
• Field: Completed vocational training as a structural draughtsperson with further training as a construction manager or FH architect
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position in construction management as well as experience in site management of renovations and new builds
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in construction management as well as experience in site management of renovations and new builds
• Experience in the realisation of small-scale shops, preferably in retail / convenience sector
• Responsible and engaging personality with strong assertiveness
• Very good MS Office skills
• Efficient and proactive working style, as well as high resilience
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• German (C1)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
