What you can achieve

• You check the information provided by our blood donors on the medical questionnaire and ensure compliance with the applicable regulations
• As part of quality control, you review the entries recorded in our donor database eProgesa, thereby ensuring complete and accurate data capture
• You also monitor the recording of donation deferrals due to medical conditions and forward enquiries to the Medical Department

What you bring with you

• Completed medical training and enjoyment of administrative work
• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness, precise and structured working style, and the ability to think in a connected manner
• Confident use of various IT programmes
• Willingness to flexibly coordinate work schedules according to the volume of blood donors

A meaningful and responsible role in a small, motivated team as well as a pleasant working environment with very attractive social benefits. Your work shifts are flexible from Monday to Friday, starting either at 06:00 or 08:00 until midday. The workplace is located at our headquarters in Bern.
