We are looking for you as a Pilot & Sales Representative for Cargo Drones in the Central Plateau for the new TCS Drone Operations Services offering.

TCS Drone Operations Services is a new offering from TCS that consolidates various TCS services in the drone sector – such as pilot training and the deployment of drones on behalf of customers. Since summer 2025, we have been offering the deployment of cargo drones on behalf of customers. The operations currently mainly take place within visual line of sight and on construction sites and are growing rapidly.

This position initially combines sales and operations. You will both support existing customers and actively acquire new customers. There will be a share of flight operations. The distribution between you and the other currently active pilots will be managed together with the existing team. The share fluctuates with workload. There is much potential for further development and shaping in this role, also for your own personal growth.

A central aspect of this role is also the further development of business areas. Together with customers, possible new applications for cargo drones in an ever-evolving market environment are to be found. From solar panels and mobile phone antennas to seedlings, hay and cheese, we have already had a number of deployments and enquiries, offering a continuously exciting and evolving environment!

Your challenges

• You are (co-)responsible for developing new customers and supporting existing customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• You accompany customers from the idea to the planning of concrete deployments
• You conduct your own flights with our cargo drones and support further deployments through our pilot network
• You bring experience from customer projects and practical work and thus support the further development of the business area

This is how you succeed in starting

• Team spirit and initiative characterise you; you appear confident and empathetic in contact with customers and partners
• You already have several years of professional experience in a sector exciting for cargo drones (e.g. construction, energy sector, etc.)
• You are technically interested and enjoy innovation as well as having an affinity for digital technologies
• You work independently, carefully and with an eye for entrepreneurial aspects
• You have very good German or French skills and knowledge of the other language
• You are willing to take on tasks outside this profile in a small team. Experience with drones is helpful but not required. We support you with training and the necessary certifications
• Ideally, you live in the Bern region
