Intern Cooperation and Programme Karl der Grosse (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Planning and coordination of formats on various socio-political topics as part of the events team
• Research on current topics, development of programme ideas as well as participation in booking speakers and guests
• Support of cooperation partners as well as assistance in planning, implementing and further developing their events
• Support of those responsible for cooperation and programme with administrative tasks as well as taking responsibility for sub-projects
• Host at evening events and ensuring smooth running and the well-being of guests
• Participation in the implementation of digital and analogue communication measures as well as editorial work as an interface to the communications team

Profile

• Professional or university degree in social, political or cultural sciences, cultural management or a comparable field (e.g. political science, social work, popular cultures, trends & identity) – or in training for this
• Sense for political, social and (socio-)cultural trends and discourses as well as interest in networking within the Zurich scene
• Service-oriented, independent and structured way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (approx. C1)
• Willingness to work evening shifts, which we plan well in advance
• Interest and curiosity in dealing with new and social media
