Affoltern am AlbisYour Tasks
- You are responsible for ensuring basic care and supervision of the young people.
- You support the young people in everyday matters as well as with general appointments.
- You guide the young people in meal preparation and distribution as well as in cleaning and household chores.
- You ensure the enforcement of house rules, including room inspections and intervention in conflicts.
- You organise learning opportunities and conduct them.
- You perform administrative tasks and ensure the flow of information to the team and management.
Your Profile
- Completed EFZ training or Matura and experience in a similar role or general experience in working with young people
- Enjoy working with young people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- High flexibility, creativity, resilience and self-management
- Good to very good oral and written German skills (at least B2/C1), foreign languages are an advantage
- Solid PC user skills (MS Office) and preferably a valid driving licence (category B)
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 65,000 and 80,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
