Role:
The company is an independent public-law organisation and undertakes important tasks in the field of social security.
The working environment is versatile and combines social insurance law, administration, consulting, finance, digitalisation, and modern customer processes. Employees collaborate with various stakeholders and specialist departments and contribute to implementing complex legal requirements in an understandable and practical manner.
Responsibilities:
You process registrations of non-employed clients carefully and efficiently.
You competently support customers with questions about social insurances and provide clear information.
Checking and processing incoming applications and documents is also part of your duties.
You assist customers both by phone and in person and respond individually to their concerns.
Even in more complex situations, you remain calm and find clear and solution-oriented answers.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship as well as confident IT user skills form your foundation.
You are characterised by a strong service and solution orientation.
In customer contact, you appear friendly, professional, and reliable and maintain the necessary composure even in demanding situations.
A careful and reliable working style is one of your strengths.
You communicate confidently and appropriately for the audience and have flawless written and spoken German.
