YOUR TASKS

• Setting up new funds in collaboration with the Product & Provider Management Team

• Connecting new custodians and brokers, setting up the trading and settlement infrastructure (BJB applications, Bloomberg AIM, Triple’A, etc.)

• Contributing to projects to increase scalability and efficiency (robotic process automation)

• Settlement monitoring of financial instruments traded by portfolio management

• Booking of redemptions and subscriptions

• Daily reconciliation of fund positions with third parties worldwide

• Supporting portfolio managers in daily business

• Issuing cash transfers and forex trades

• Processing and monitoring of corporate actions

• Close collaboration with custodians and fund management

YOUR PROFILE

For this exciting and varied role, we are looking for a colleague who meets the following requirements:

• Bank apprenticeship or commercial basic training

• Several years of experience in securities trading (settlement or specific fund knowledge is an advantage)

• Independent, precise, and reliable working style

• Quick comprehension and high sense of responsibility

• Networked and analytical thinking ability and quick comprehension

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Resilient and agile personality, team player

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
