Our event management team is looking for reinforcement: a personality with drive and joy who helps shape events at PH Zurich and actively pitches in as part of the team.

- Coordinate rooms and events (internal and external)
- Clarify inquiries, advise, and find solutions
- Plan and implement conferences, congresses, and events (co-)actively
- Accompany and assist with events on site
- Support the team, e.g., with bookings, order placements, usage contracts, billing, reports in the Evento tool, as well as collaboration with internal and external staff
- Commercial training or further education with several years of professional experience in a comparable role or similar experience from gastronomy/hospitality
- Further education in event management (CAS/Diploma) is a plus, not mandatory
- Confident in German (m/f) and clear in communication
- Service-oriented, quality-conscious, and always one step ahead
- Digitally savvy and confident with numbers
- Structured mind, quick comprehension, naturally organized
- Independent, creative, and solution-oriented
- Open, communicative, humorous – a team player who brings energy
- Flexible for evening and Saturday shifts, when things get exciting
