Clerk Kitchen Customer Service (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Receiving, processing and independently handling customer service cases
- Active support and follow-up of open customer concerns while adhering to agreed deadlines and commitments
- Proactive and solution-oriented communication with our customers
- Ensuring the specified reaction and processing times as well as co-responsibility for achieving the defined departmental goals
- Checking orders and controlling the corresponding order confirmations
- Handling customer service cases in cooperation with sales
- Contact person for queries and coordination with the manufacturer
- Support in organising and coordinating appointment rescheduling
What you bring with you
- Friendly, professional and customer-oriented demeanour
- Communicative and service-oriented personality who keeps an overview even in demanding situations
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Completed commercial training
- You bring experience in customer service, ideally from the kitchen sector
- MS Office skills as well as knowledge of SHD-MHS
- French language skills
