Our ELAR team ensures that the electronic workflow and archive system (ELAR) runs smoothly – a central component for the cantonal social insurance institutions and compensation offices. To provide our customers with the best service at all times, we are looking for you as a 2nd-Level ICT Supporter (m/f/d).
Your mission: You are the interface between technology and business and ensure that complex challenges are resolved quickly and sustainably.
What you will achieve
Your main tasks are:
Handling and resolving demanding technical tickets in 2nd-level support
Coordinating cross-team incidents and problem tickets
Analysing and narrowing down system limitations
Contributing to and optimising internal processes
Communicating solutions to internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining our knowledge database
Participating in exciting projects
Why you will succeed
For this varied role, we are looking for committed and customer-oriented individuals with the following profile:
Completed training in computer science or comparable qualification
Experience in 2nd-/3rd-level support of software applications (at least 2 years desirable)
Independent, analytical, structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork
Very good German skills, additional national languages are a plus
Advanced SQL knowledge is desirable
