Cloud DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner is a company specialising in infrastructure services with a focus on automation, system technology, storage and backup. Our partner can cover all phases of an IT project and excel in consulting & engineering, design and project management. They understand the customers' requirements and implement them efficiently and sustainably. With great passion, enthusiasm and motivation, they are committed to their customers.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of demanding system integration and infrastructure projects for clients from various industries
Planning and execution of server and storage migrations in on-premise and cloud environments
Development and optimisation of automated deployment and operational processes
Administration, further development and technical optimisation of existing Linux infrastructures
Advising customers on complex technical issues and implementing sustainable infrastructure and automation solutions
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science and more than 5 years of professional experience in system engineering
Solid knowledge of Linux, system administration, shell scripting and network services
Experience with DevOps, system automation and configuration management
Good practical knowledge of Ansible, Chef, Puppet and Red Hat Satellite
Very good German and English skills, willingness for customer assignments in the Zurich area as well as residence in Switzerland or work as a cross-border commuter
