Tasks

• Responsibility for the construction management of demanding building construction projects
• Coordination and supervision of construction execution on site
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards
• Leadership and control of the involved contractors and specialist planners
• Preparation and review of tenders, offers and invoices
• Communication with clients, authorities and other project participants

Qualifications

• Completed training in construction (e.g. construction manager, technician HF, architect FH/ETH)
• Experience in construction management of building construction projects
• Sound knowledge of Swiss building regulations and standards
• Organisational talent, assertiveness and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Confident use of common construction management software (Messerli) and Office programmes
