Construction Management | Inhouse Construction Management (80–100 %)

About the job

We are Luna Productions BSA SIA with locations in Deitingen and Bern directly on the Aare. Our focus is on the development of sophisticated projects from competitions and study commissions. We combine constructive clarity with a high standard of building culture. Sustainability and community are central focuses of our work. We want to take over construction management inhouse for our projects in the future.
From now on or by arrangement, we are looking for a person to help us build the Construction Management department.

What you will do with us

• You will manage our small to medium construction projects: schedules, costs, tenders and awarding, inspections and defects
• You connect planning and construction site and work closely with the project managers.
• You build up construction management: processes, templates, tools, standards.
You help determine how we will work on site in the future.

What you bring

• Training as a construction manager, site manager, HF construction technician, FH architect or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in construction management in Swiss building construction
• Confident handling of cost control, contracts for work, scheduling and construction administration (currently Deltaprojects with us)
• Confident appearance towards contractors, craftsmen and clients
• Initiative and enthusiasm to build something up
• Good German
• High understanding of constructive details, dealing with historic building fabric as well as modern, low-emission construction systems.

What we offer you

• A position that does not yet exist with us, with plenty of scope
• Short paths to management and project managers
• Varied tasks from our won competitions
• Openness to new tools and methods
• 6 weeks holiday and flexible working models
• A young, motivated team with joint events

Framework
Workload: 80–100 % · Start: immediately or by arrangement · Location: Deitingen and Bern, regularly on construction sites
