To strengthen our school management, we are looking for a committed, strong leader and pedagogically skilled personality as Vice Principal starting school year 2026/2027.

• Co-responsibility for the overall management of the school in close cooperation with the principal
• Leadership and further development of departments, educational programs, or defined areas of responsibility
• Personnel management of teachers including recruitment, development, and evaluation
• Ensuring pedagogical quality as well as further development of teaching and educational offerings
• Participation in school development projects, organizational development, and digitalization
• Promotion of cooperation and exchange between the various areas
• Representation of the school towards authorities, partner institutions, and external stakeholders
• Participation in the planning of resources, workloads, and hour accounts
• Deputizing for the principal during absences
• Teaching activities according to qualification and need

• Completed pedagogical training at secondary level II
• Several years of leadership and management experience in the education sector, ideally at a vocational school
• Additional training in school management, educational management, or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss vocational education system
• High social competence, strong communication skills, and decisiveness
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Interest in school development, innovation, and modern leadership
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
