IT Solutions Architect – 4-year mission - 100%

Your role

As an IT Solutions Architect, you work in strategic areas notably related to health, social affairs, territory, environment and economy.

You play a key role in the digital transformation of the information system by linking business needs, strategic directions and the reference architecture.

As a reference in architecture, you support programmes and projects from their design to their implementation, ensuring the coherence, sustainability and compliance of the proposed solutions.

Your mission

• You take ownership of the digitalisation strategy and translate it into logical architectures adapted to the beneficiaries' needs.
• You ensure the alignment between business needs, proposed solutions and the reference architecture of the information system.
• You guarantee compliance with defined technical and architectural standards.
• You analyse and document existing architectures to contribute to the control and evolution of the IS.
• You assess the relevance and coherence of projects with regard to the target architecture and existing systems.
• You act as reference architect for programmes, projects and activities within your scope.
• You study, evaluate and design the architectures necessary for the completion of the projects entrusted to you.
• You advise and support project and operations teams in implementing architectural recommendations.
• You contribute to the implementation of modern solutions based notably on service-oriented architectures, Cloud and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Your profile

• Higher education in computer science (HES, EPF, university, ES or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in development and solution architecture, ideally Java and/or .NET.
• Strong mastery of service-oriented architectures: microservices, REST, SOAP, Messaging, ESB.
• Experience with Cloud environments, notably Microsoft Azure / M365, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of architecture modelling frameworks and tools (TOGAF, UML, BPMN, C4 Model).
• Experience in a public administration as well as knowledge of ITIL / HERMES are appreciated.
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of technical English.
• Autonomous and rigorous, you possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, as well as good interpersonal skills.
