What the professional everyday life looks like

Do you want to actively shape digitalisation in healthcare? In our Medical Applications team, you ensure that our medical IT systems function reliably and are optimally supported. In doing so, you take on the following tasks:

• Ensuring smooth operation and 2nd-level support for medical applications
• Analysing and resolving faults in collaboration with manufacturers and specialist departments
• Support, optimisation and integration of medical applications, devices and systems
• Advising and supporting users in the medical specialist departments
• Maintaining technical documentation and participating in projects for the introduction and further development of medical systems

Skills and potential

You combine technical know-how with enthusiasm for medical processes and a service-oriented collaboration. Ideally, you bring the following:

• Completed training in computer science, medical informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience in application management, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of medical standards and interfaces such as HL7 and DICOM; database knowledge is an advantage
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Interest in innovative IT solutions and digital developments in the clinical environment
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and enjoyment of working with different professional groups
