Your new role

You competently advise and support our customers in tax matters. In doing so, you manage and maintain the tax register, handle tax collection including debt enforcement procedures, and process deferral and remission requests. Through your service-oriented approach, you contribute to professional care for our customers.

This position is for you if you

• have knowledge of tax and debt collection (e.g. SSK, GFS).
• appreciate daily personal contact with our customers and remain confident even in demanding situations.
• can express yourself fluently in German both orally and in writing; additional language skills are an advantage.
• are a service-oriented, reliable and positive personality and are open to change.
• value the varied work between front and back office and enjoy working in both areas.
