About the job

As a Business Partner of the Business Unit management, you actively contribute to strategic transformations from the Products & Technology perspective. To strengthen our team, we are looking for 3 Business Partners for different sites in Switzerland, available immediately or by arrangement. This announcement specifically concerns the position in French-speaking Switzerland.

What you accomplish

• You are a strategic partner of the segment in the field of Products & Technology. You are responsible for implementing strategic priorities and fostering collaboration between segments.
• You lead strategic and transformation projects, manage the segments' roadmap, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the achievement of objectives.
• You carry out strategic portfolio analyses with product management, create decision bases for assortment management, and ensure the sustainable integration of the methodology into operations.
• You ensure the sustainable anchoring of concepts, methods, and standards within the company and oversee their effective application as well as continuous improvement.
• You support change through appropriate communication, training, and coaching measures to ensure its sustainable embedding within the company.
• You bring practical insights to Products & Technology and contribute to the continuous development of methods and ways of working.

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (Uni/VET, University of Applied Sciences, Business School)
• Specialisation: In business administration, management engineering, food sciences, organisational development, or an equivalent field. Additional training in project, change, portfolio, or transformation management is an advantage.
• Professional experience: At least 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in the food industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or consumer products, with experience in transformation initiatives, implementation, or organisational development.
• Experience in transformation projects, change management, or implementation.
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialised fields and stakeholders.
• Experience in introducing and embedding new processes, methods, or ways of working.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership or coordination of interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with agile methods and ways of working.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and working groups.
• French (B2)
• German (A2)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
