About the job

At Applied Health Care, you will find a broad and holistic range of therapy options. We focus primarily on general physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, osteopathy, and medical massage. We also offer many other therapy options in our practice.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an

Executive Assistant, 60-80% from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

Your field of activity consists of various tasks. These include back and front office duties, project management, and overall practice management. You support the executive management in decision-making processes and implement various tasks directly. This also includes tasks in practice organisation, HR work, marketing, and internal as well as external communication. Additionally, you will lead our front and back office teams.

• You communicate openly, honestly, and directly. You master the German language perfectly and are not afraid of foreign languages
