Your Tasks
- You have overall case responsibility for seven young people and young adults, including their living and development environments; you also conduct the respective location meetings.
- You coach your residential group staff in parental collaboration with a systemic focus.
- You lead, support and qualify in personnel processes.
- You take on quality assurance within the service and participate in the management committee and specialist groups.
- You conduct team meetings, contribute to supervisions as well as systemic and psychiatric specialist and case consultations.
- You accompany trainee social pedagogues during their training.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in social pedagogy/social work (FH/HF) or a comparable qualification with professional experience in the residential sector.
- You have already completed leadership training or are interested in doing so.
- As a trustworthy person, you meet people appreciatively and shape relationships with commitment and clarity.
- In conflicts, you act calmly and decisively.
- You work solution-oriented and approach challenging situations with a touch of humour.
- You like taking responsibility and enjoy working both in leadership and social pedagogy.
- Besides office days, you also appreciate irregular working hours (evening, some night and few weekend shifts).
