Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 100%
Field of activity
- Responsibility for the entire monthly payroll processing – from preparation to follow-up
- Handling social insurances, withholding tax, and year-end declarations
- Managing entries and exits as well as maintaining all mutations
- Processing accident and illness cases in cooperation with insurance companies and authorities
- Checking and maintaining time management and absence data
- Contact person for employees and managers regarding payroll and social insurance questions
- Contributing to the optimisation and further development of national and international HR and payroll processes
- Creating statistics, evaluations, and reports
Requirements
- Commercial basic training with further education in HR, payroll, or social insurance
- Experience in Swiss payroll processing
- Knowledge of social insurance, labour, and payroll law
- Confident handling of ERP/payroll systems, ideally Abacus
- Interest in international payroll processes and collaboration with external fiduciary partners
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; good English and French skills
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Team-oriented, resilient, and reliable personality
