Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 100%

Field of activity

• Responsibility for the entire monthly payroll processing – from preparation to follow-up
• Handling social insurances, withholding tax, and year-end declarations
• Managing entries and exits as well as maintaining all mutations
• Processing accident and illness cases in cooperation with insurance companies and authorities
• Checking and maintaining time management and absence data
• Contact person for employees and managers regarding payroll and social insurance questions
• Contributing to the optimisation and further development of national and international HR and payroll processes
• Creating statistics, evaluations, and reports

Requirements

• Commercial basic training with further education in HR, payroll, or social insurance
• Experience in Swiss payroll processing
• Knowledge of social insurance, labour, and payroll law
• Confident handling of ERP/payroll systems, ideally Abacus
• Interest in international payroll processes and collaboration with external fiduciary partners
• Fluent German in spoken and written form; good English and French skills
• Very good MS Office user skills
• Team-oriented, resilient, and reliable personality
