Job DescriptionIn this versatile position, you take on the technical responsibility for the further development and operation of modern Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms. You actively shape digital workplaces, drive automation and digitalisation initiatives, and work closely with internal departments to provide innovative and sustainable solutions. In doing so, you combine platform operation, project work, and technical consulting in an exciting international environment.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the reliable operation of central collaboration and document management platforms and contribute to the continuous optimisation of the digital work environment.
Further tasks include the following points:
- Further development, operation, and optimisation of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, document management, and Power Platform solutions.
- Analysis, conception, and implementation of projects in the environment of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
- Automation and digitalisation of business processes using the Power Platform and scripting solutions.
- Handling and resolving technical faults as well as support in 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
For this position, we are looking for a technically skilled individual with solid experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You have a structured way of working, communicate complex technical matters clearly, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team. Candidates must have a valid work permit in Switzerland or citizenship of an EU/EFTA country.
You also bring:
- Completed training in the ICT field or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive practical experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Very good knowledge of PowerShell and experience with JavaScript for automating and extending Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.
- Experience handling structured data formats such as JSON and XML.
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as enthusiasm for optimising platforms and processes.
- Ability to communicate technical topics appropriately for the audience and to implement requirements jointly with professional departments.
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written.
