Are you ready to take responsibility and further strengthen quality assurance in the "Customer & Distribution" area within the Information & Technology (I&T) organisation of Zurich Switzerland?

As a Senior Test Manager, you take on a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring quality assurance activities – contributing to establishing a quality culture throughout the team. Your focus is not only on ensuring the quality of our IT solutions but especially on enabling teams to independently and proactively ensure quality (keyword Shift-Left and Built-in Quality). You work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high test coverage, efficient processes, and real added value for our customers.

You bring cross-departmental topics together with the business units and IT teams and actively contribute to advancing our shared understanding of quality and sustainable solutions in the "Inzentive" project and the digital product "Customer Relationship Management".

What you do

• Manage and coordinate all testing activities including coaching and enabling teams to think and live quality from the start
• Develop and implement test strategies and concepts; actively support the business unit in creating test cases
• Establish effective test monitoring: develop and visualise KPIs and support teams in deriving appropriate measures
• Enable teams in an agile environment to independently apply testing methods, driving continuous improvement processes
• Organise the setup of test environments including test data and test users and ensure the framework conditions for end-to-end testing of business processes. Develop and implement automation strategies and guide teams to advance test automation at all testing levels.
  
  

What you bring 

• You have several years of experience in test management as well as test automation tools and techniques and possess solid knowledge of agile methods
• Ideally, you hold an ISTQB certification as a Test Manager ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Management or similar
• You have sound knowledge in the use of artificial intelligence in quality management
• You have strong interaction and communication skills with stakeholders and teams at all levels
• You have fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
