Your Training
- Industrial processing of raw materials into ready-to-eat foods
- Development of manufacturing processes and conducting laboratory analyses
- Monitoring of processing and packaging equipment
- Collaboration and control during goods receipt
- Processing of auxiliary and additive substances such as flavors, flavor enhancers, binders, colorants, and vitamins
- Continuous monitoring of product quality
- Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- CH: Secondary school diploma or good intermediate school diploma
- FL: Intermediate school diploma or good upper secondary school diploma
- Enjoy working with food, modern production facilities, and packaging machines
- Good performance in biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics
- Technical understanding and the ability to maintain an overview of complex production processes
- Good observation skills and ability to work in a team
- Good sense of smell and taste as well as generally good health
- No allergies caused by raw materials and ready-to-eat foods
- Flair for cleanliness and hygiene
