Account Sales Manager

You don’t just want to sell technology, but to make new applications possible with customers? In the Micro Optics & Foundry Services division, you combine technical innovation with international business and actively help build new business areas.

What you achieve

• You maintain existing customer relationships and win OEM volume projects
• You accompany enquiries through to completion and help bring customer ideas into series production
• At trade fairs and conferences, you make contacts and open doors to new markets
• You recognise market trends early and thus help shape our strategy
• About 30% of your time you spend travelling internationally, otherwise at our site in Kägiswil

What you bring

You meet people openly, listen attentively and build sustainable customer relationships. Entrepreneurial thinking characterises you: you recognise opportunities, act independently and consistently lead projects to success. You convincingly convey your enthusiasm for technology, both internally and externally. You have several years of experience in technical direct sales and account management as well as a technical background, such as an engineering degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or a comparable qualification. You negotiate confidently in German and English; any additional language is an advantage. Ideally, you also bring knowledge in EMS, Foundry Services, microtechnology, OSAT or printed circuit board technology (PCB), which will enable you to quickly get started with us.
