In addition to leading Swiss business software solutions for SMEs, municipalities, cities, and energy suppliers, we also offer extensive IT infrastructure solutions. As part of our support team, you will assist our customers in their daily use of Abacus. You analyse issues, find pragmatic solutions, and support users in the optimal use of their Abacus solution.

Abacus Consultant Support (a)

Your Tasks

• Handling support requests via telephone, e-mail, and ticket system
• Analysing and resolving user cases in Abacus
• Advising and supporting customers on technical and professional questions
• Documenting solutions and maintaining the knowledge base
• Collaborating with consultants, project managers, and software manufacturers

Your Profile

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in ERP support, consulting, or process consulting; experience with Abacus is an advantage
• Affinity for IT and confident use of Microsoft 365
• Fluent German skills and good French skills
• Strong service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact, and an analytical-structured working style
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality with proactive and solution-oriented actions
