You are an important part of a committed expert team with diverse experience, jointly strengthening digital operational resilience and further developing key governance processes. In this role, you are responsible for a varied and diverse range of tasks with high strategic relevance. You bring your broad experience to further develop our governance and resilience capabilities. Responsibilities:
You develop concepts to maintain critical IT services and strengthen the resilience of the system landscape against failures.
You develop and review recovery plans together with relevant internal teams and external service providers.
You assess risks from third-party relationships, coordinate due diligence checks and monitor contract services, service agreements and exit scenarios.
You support departments in implementing regulatory and internal requirements and anchor requirements for digital operational resilience in business processes.
You accompany audits, coordinate necessary evidence and ensure comprehensible documentation of relevant controls.
Qualifications:
You have several years of practical experience in IT emergency preparedness, business continuity, supplier management or ICT risk management.
You are familiar with regulatory and organisational requirements for IT operations, outsourcing, business continuity and operational resilience, including DORA, if relevant.
You have experience with restart exercises, resilience tests and the evaluation of external service providers.
You work independently, methodically and goal-oriented, using your scope for action to develop viable solutions.
You show initiative, recognise improvement potential and approach new topics with commitment.
