The SVA BL is the competence centre for social insurances in the canton of Basel-Landschaft. As an independent public-law enterprise, it fulfils a legal mandate and contributes to social security for the population and the economy of the canton.

For the Services Department, we are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

Employee in Assessment Service (80 - 100 %)

What you will achieve

• You plan, organise and conduct on-site assessments

• You conduct interviews with persons who have psychological, physical and/or intellectual impairments

• Your area of responsibility is the canton of Basel-Landschaft as well as the neighbouring foreign countries

• You investigate facts, assess them and summarise the results in an assessment report

• You are responsible for assessments in the areas of assistance contribution, helplessness, aids, household and self-employment

• Your reports serve as a basis for decision-making

What you bring

• You have training in the commercial field

• Alternatively, you have training in healthcare and additionally good basic commercial knowledge

• You have an independent and responsible working style and plan your assignments efficiently and customer-oriented

• You have very good written expression skills and can write well-founded reports with style

• You maintain an empathetic approach and are not afraid to visit our clients at home

• You hold a driving licence (category B) and have your own motor vehicle
