THIS IS YOUR JOB

• Independent processing of incoming webshop orders as well as manual order entry and monitoring
• Maintenance of customer and article master data in the merchandise management system and webshop
• Handling complaints and communication in case of delivery delays
• Support of the technical sales department in administrative and organisational tasks
• Multilingual customer support and handling of enquiries

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in inside sales or a comparable function is an advantage
• Confident handling of merchandise management systems and MS Office
• Fluent French skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Structured, independent working style and attention to detail
• Team orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
• Resilience and willingness to occasionally think outside the box
• Likeable appearance and sense of responsibility
