Profile Requirements:

• Completed training in nursing FaGe or nursing specialist HF
• Strong communication skills, quick comprehension
• High service orientation and customer focus
• You work independently, flexibly and are a resilient and reliable personality
• Confident German in spoken and written form

Tasks:

• Personnel recruitment in the medical field; you conduct interviews, select qualified professionals and support employees beyond the application process
• Proactive acquisition of new customers, as well as initiating and managing individual customer projects
• Staff planning and control of hours
• Maintenance and development of long-term, partnership-based customer relationships
• Co-responsibility for payroll and invoicing processes
