• Direct leadership of the production team of approx. 10 employees
• Support employees with technical questions
• Collaboration in the expansion of vehicles according to customer specifications
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs in production
• Customer service as well as scheduling of repairs and conversions
• Further development of workflows and processes together with management
• Interface to planning, purchasing, and project management
