You work precisely and want to make a difference in purchasing? In a growing manufacturing company, your focus is around 60 to 70% on operational purchasing. Depending on experience, you will either take on strategic tasks directly or grow into them step by step. This way you can contribute your knowledge and learn new things.

Area of responsibility

• You plan material requirements, check stock levels and place orders according to production needs.
• You keep an eye on delivery dates, clarify deviations and coordinate with suppliers and internal contacts.
• You maintain article and supplier data in the ERP and contribute to improvements in purchasing processes.
• You compare sources of supply, support negotiations and purchasing projects and increasingly take on strategic tasks depending on experience.
• You assist with administrative tasks and manage the telephone switchboard.

Requirements profile

• You have commercial basic training with further education in purchasing or supply chain management or food technology HF, engineer FH, BSc Food Technology / Sciences.
• You bring experience in purchasing, work precisely and structured and keep an overview even with several open tasks.
• You have a good understanding of numbers, recognise connections and think ahead.
• You communicate fluently in German and English and present yourself reliably in contact with suppliers.
• You are a team player, appreciate varied tasks and want to develop further in strategic purchasing.
