Independently handle exciting R&D projects in collaboration with key project partners such as institutions, companies, or associations
Manage research mandates and service contracts in the field of the Timber Structures specialist group at the Institute of Timber Construction
Support teaching in the Bachelor and Master programs as well as in continuing education of the Department of Architecture, Wood and Civil Engineering in the field of timber engineering

What you ideally bring with you

University degree in timber engineering, wood technology, or civil engineering, each with a specialization in timber construction
Several years of non-academic practical experience in timber engineering
Motivation to strengthen timber construction through research and development
Reliability and curiosity, communication and teamwork skills
Good editorial skills, confident expression
