Your passion
Encounter & relationship work: Meeting families is at the heart of your work. You actively approach people, recognise their concerns and build trusting relationships.
Design & development: You analyse the needs in the social environment, review existing services and further develop needs-based concepts and services for families.
Networking & cooperation: Existing partnerships are maintained and networks with partner organisations as well as stakeholders are actively built and further developed.
Leadership & support: You lead the staff professionally and personally and support their development in a targeted manner. At the same time, you build and further develop a respectful and constructive team culture.
Organisation & responsibility: You are responsible for the budget, operational and administrative processes as well as reporting.
Presentation & representation: The family centre is professionally represented externally by you and the services as well as the valuable work are made visible.
Your profile
Education & experience: You have a completed degree at MSc level in Social Work or a comparable qualification and bring several years of professional experience in a similar role. Sound knowledge in project management and operational management as well as experience in team leadership complete your profile.
Further training: Ideally, you have an additional qualification in personnel and operational management as well as training as a practical instructor.
Expertise: You know how to develop and implement educational services in a socially spatial and integrative manner. In exchange with our visitors, you convince with your empathetic, supportive manner and professional attitude. At the same time, you keep an eye on operational processes and economic contexts.
Educational expertise: Your strength lies in the early childhood sector – you know how children grow and learn.
Leadership skills: You can motivate colleagues and your team in a goal-oriented manner, plan personnel deployment and successfully guide and support interns from universities of applied sciences.
Social and counselling skills: You understand how to respond to parents, children and families with empathy and situational appropriateness and communicate without violence.
