Production Employee: Bakery Packaging
Tasks
- Packaging baked goods on the flow pack line according to specifications
- Operating the packaging machine according to work instructions
- Checking and documenting production and quality data as required
- Adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality regulations
- Cleaning the machine and workplace according to the cleaning schedule
- Monitoring packaging quality, especially seal seam, tightness, and appearance
- Sorting out defective parts
- Assisting with simple setup and changeover tasks as instructed
- Supporting the machine operator or line manager during the ongoing production process
Requirements
- Professional experience in production, packaging, or the food industry is an advantage
- Experience with production or packaging machines is an advantage
- Careful, reliable, and independent working style
- Strong awareness of quality, hygiene, and safety
- German is no problem for you; you speak and write well
- Physical resilience and willingness to perform standing tasks
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts during the season (approx. 10–12 weeks), starting from December
