About the job
The Nelty de Beausobre EMS, opened in 1989, is named after the last descendant of the Beausobre family. It offers 32 single rooms as well as 9 double rooms. Close to the station and the pedestrian zone of the town centre, the EMS is ideally located and allows you to enjoy the nearby shops and cafés or to go to the shores of Lake Geneva.
We are looking for the following for the Nelty de Beausobre EMS:
Geriatric Nurse (M/F) at 80%
To strengthen our Geriatrics service, from 1 August 2026.

YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nurse diploma recognised by the CRS.
- The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset.
- Successful experience in medicine or geriatrics, an asset.
- Listening skills and excellent rapport with elderly people.
- Good integration ability, a strong team spirit and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.
- Leadership and autonomy allowing you to communicate and position yourself diplomatically within the team.
- The ability to analyse critical situations and good management of priorities and emergencies.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Systematically identify the needs and resources of the resident.
- Participate in various service development projects.
- Develop care objectives with the resident and their relatives taking into account an overall therapeutic project.
- Decide on care actions with the resident, their relatives, the interdisciplinary team according to the care objectives.
