Workload: 50 - 100% / Location: Schaan

Support our customers with first and second level support
Receiving, processing and forwarding IT-related customer inquiries and fault reports
Troubleshooting, adjustment and further development of customer systems
Proactive monitoring & reporting
Creation and updating of IT user documentation
Participation in special tasks and projects
What you should bring
Completed IT apprenticeship or vocational training with further education in computer science
Experience in managing/supporting network and server services (Active Directory, Exchange,
DNS, DHCP etc.)
High IT affinity, service and quality awareness
Good knowledge of network components (switches, routers, VPN)
Communicative and team-oriented personality
Independent, efficient and customer-oriented working style
Very good German skills, good English skills in spoken and written
Driver's license category B
