We support people with mental illnesses in all life situations - outpatient, day clinic and inpatient. Our goal: to create stability, enable participation and open up perspectives. For this, we need people like you - strong in expertise, clear in mind and open in heart.

Your tasks

• You actively shape the nursing process and take co-responsibility for quality and implementation
• You contribute specifically to preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures and coordinate these within the interdisciplinary team
• You participate in reports, case discussions and team meetings
• You apply your nursing expertise in everyday life and support collegial collaboration
• You contribute to projects and actively shape your own further education
• You cover the necessary shifts in the 24/7 operation with early and late shifts until 21:00 (usually no night shifts) to enable the operation of the day clinic and the inpatient beds in the GPZ

Your profile

• You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF / FH and ideally bring experience in psychiatric nursing
• You work in a structured, independent manner and bring sound expertise as well as high social competence
• You appreciate exchange within the interprofessional team and want to actively help shape psychiatric nursing
• You remain calm, clear and attentive even in demanding situations
• You are confident in using digital tools
• You think ahead, recognise the need for action early and want to actively shape your working environment
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
