Your area of responsibility
- Professional responsibility in complex nursing situations as well as ensuring professional, evidence-based, and patient-centred care
- Advising and supporting nurses and nursing assistants with professional questions and in the implementation of the nursing process
- Active participation in professional development as well as introduction and implementation of nursing concepts and current research findings
- Conveying specialist knowledge through training, practical guidance, and support in the induction and development of staff
- Assuming daily responsibility or shift leadership and coordinating competent collaboration within the interprofessional team
- Contributing to the implementation of the educational mandate and promoting high nursing and patient safety
What distinguishes you
- Qualification as a Registered Nurse HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in acute care and ideally sound expertise in complex nursing situations or the curiosity to acquire this expertise
- Enjoyment in sharing your specialist knowledge, advising staff, and jointly developing nursing quality
- Initiative, sense of responsibility, and confident handling of changing demands in everyday work
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
- Passion for the nursing profession and a strong service orientation
