Investigations Specialist (100%) Operations

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting investigations with third-party and correspondent banks via the Swift network
• Processing and coordinating payment claims
• Performing Safewatch monitoring at 1st level and handling corresponding hits
• Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of all payment transaction relevant systems
• Participating in projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automations, digitalisations, and process optimisation
• Updating instructions, work procedures, and processes

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial vocational training and already have experience in banking operations and back office. You possess a confident demeanour as well as a healthy assertiveness and enjoy working in a team. Your precise and structured way of working distinguishes you, as does customer-oriented and responsible thinking and acting. In addition to your native German, you can communicate well in French and/or English.
