Your responsibilities

• The four-member school management leads the school as a team and works in departments according to the delegation principle.
• As Deputy Headteacher, you will lead the school operationally as well as in educational, personnel and organisational matters in collaboration with the Headteacher and the other two Deputy Headteachers.
• You contribute to the overall development of the school and take on leadership tasks.
• Your area of responsibility primarily includes the following areas: advising and supporting students in the Matura department, responsibility for disciplinary and absence matters, parent contacts, organisation of special events, cultural events, instrumental and elective teaching, conducting staff appraisals, classroom visits with the teachers you supervise.

• You communicate clearly and appreciatively and approach people openly and empathetically.
• You possess outstanding skills in conversation management.
• You enjoy organisational tasks, are a team player, take responsibility and work solution-oriented.
• You have a cultural interest and actively participate in school life.
• You are familiar with current discussions in the field of education and are interested in pedagogical and school organisational development.
• You have a pedagogical qualification and several years of teaching experience at secondary level II.
• You have completed school management training or are willing to undertake it.
