As a sales manager, you manage and coordinate all commercial activities in your region. Your main objective is to achieve the company's results in accordance with global guidelines. At the same time, you support the development of your sales team to generate sustainable growth together.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operational supervision and coaching of the sales team
• Defining individual team objectives according to the company strategy
• Supporting the Regional Sales Manager for the business plan and annual budget
• Preparing and negotiating offers and contracts with key account clients
• Monitoring and managing contracts of field sales advisors
• Analyzing and reporting customer data, market, and commercial information system
• Observing market and customer developments, transmitting information, and implementing appropriate actions
• Ensuring effective information flow between internal departments and external partners
• Developing and strengthening key customer relationships
• Planning, organizing, and monitoring the sales team’s activities according to company objectives and guidelines
• Planning and executing regional projects
• Managing budgets related to materials
• Ensuring correct payment of contractual services and controlling payments
ARE YOU OUR SECRET INGREDIENT?
• You have a university degree (Bachelor or Master) or another higher-level qualification, desirable
• You have additional qualifications in sales or marketing (e.g., marketing/sales specialist)
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in field sales or as a Key Account Manager
• You reside in the canton of Valais
• You have excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• You have leadership abilities and experience in employee development
• You hold a valid driving license
• You are fluent in French and German; English is a plus
