• You advise and support our customers by telephone and, if necessary, in the sales shop.
• You are responsible for selling our range with a focus on tyres as well as service and wear parts.
• You ensure high customer satisfaction through active sales of our sales activities and services and contribute to achieving our goals.
• You process enquiries, offers and customer complaints and take on administrative tasks related to our wide range of products and services.
• You record customer orders and returns.
• You ensure the flow of information between field sales and internal departments.

• You have completed vocational training in the automotive industry, preferably as an automotive specialist, automotive mechatronics technician or retail specialist.
• You bring several years of sales experience and preferably have commercial further training. Interest in automotive technology and technical understanding are essential.
• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally with SAP.
• Competent and solution-oriented communication, persuasiveness and enthusiasm for sales characterise you.
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
• You enjoy direct customer contact – both in person and on the phone.
• You are willing to continuously develop yourself personally and professionally.
• With your positive charisma and strong team spirit, you contribute to achieving goals together with colleagues.
