Processing incoming shipping orders and monitoring agreed delivery dates
Preparing and checking documents for customs clearance and international transport
Coordinating shipping dates with internal departments and external logistics service providers
Commissioning freight forwarders and organising suitable transport solutions for direct deliveries
Providing information on shipment status, transport progress and delivery dates
Creating delivery notes, commercial invoices, packing lists and other shipping documents
Checking freight and packaging invoices and forwarding them for internal processing
Handling letter of credit transactions and coordinating the required documents
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in international shipping or export processing
Familiarity with customs and shipping processes in international goods traffic
Good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP
Confident handling of shipping, transport and export documents
Independent and precise working style with several parallel orders
Resilient and cooperative personality with strong customer and team orientation
Very good German skills and good English skills for daily business communication
